Artichoke Dip

One of the easiest party dips you can make.

This hot artichoke dip recipe comes together in minutes with ingredients from your pantry.

This is a great party dip recipe. Serve it with carrot and celery sticks and baked tortilla chips.

Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic or garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop artichoke hearts. Place in a mixing bowl with remaining ingredients. Transfer to a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.

Serves 12.

Per serving: 114 calories, 7 g fat (3 g saturated), 11 mg cholesterol, 6 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 7 g protein, 3% Vitamin A, 6% Vitamin C, 20% calcium, 3% iron
