Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto, Gallagher

This asparagus recipe is simple, yet packs a lot of flavor, thanks to the prosciutto.

Even if you don't like asparagus, this asparagus appetizer recipe is sure to become one of your favorites. It's easy to prepare, yet elegant enough to serve for your best dinner party.

Serve this asparagus with parsnip soup with pears, beef tenderloin, savory white and sweet potatoes and flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread olive oil over rimmed cookie sheet. Wrap one slice of prosciutto around each asparagus spear. Lay on prepared cookie sheet. Roast 5 minutes. Turn asparagus over. Roast another 2-4 minutes until crispy.

Serves 10.
