Baked Oatmeal

This recipe for baked oatmeal is the perfect hot breakfast on a cold

This baked oatmeal recipe has all the nutritional benefits of oatmeal, yet it is as sweet and satisfying as an oatmeal cookie.

This recipe reminds me of the baked oatmeal recipes I've had at bed and breakfast inns. If you like this recipe, be sure to try my crockpot oatmeal recipe too.

Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray. Whisk together milk, eggs, butter and vanilla in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, stir together cinnamon, rolled oats, brown sugar and baking powder. Fold milk mixture into oat mixture. Let stand for 15 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35-45 minutes. Top with sliced bananas.
