Blueberry Smoothies

Sure to become one of your favorite fruit smoothie recipes.

What separates this smoothie recipe from other fruit smoothie recipes is the liquid. I use two kinds of juice: blueberry and pineapple coconut for a natural sweetness.

This fruit smoothie is packed with healthy foods, and it takes just minutes to prepare.

Blueberry Smoothies

Combine all ingredients in a Vita Mix Blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Serves 2.

Per serving: 186 calories, 2 g fat, 3 mg cholesterol, 41 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 4 g protein, 2% vitamin A, 7% vitamin C, 16% calcium, 2% iron
