Chocolate Cherry Smoothies

This healthy recipe is one of my favorite smoothie recipes.

Make this for breakfast, a healthy snack or dessert. It's sure to become one of your favorite sugar free recipes.

Although you can make this with sugar-free nonfat vanilla yogurt, if you prefer not to use artificial sweeteners, it's great with a regular nonfat vanilla yogurt, such as Stonyfield.

Be sure to use the unsweetened pitted dark cherries. Sometimes they are called "pitted dark sweet cherries." These are fine, as long as they have no added sugar. Read the list of ingredients to be sure.

  • 3/4 cup sugar free nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
