Looking for dairy-free, egg-free and gluten-free salad dressing recipes? Nasoya Mayo & Mori-Nu Tofu makes creamy raspberry vinaigrette, green goddess and maple dressing.

These dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free and oil-free vegan salad dressings are extra creamy and extra quick! No fancy equipment is needed. A stand blender or immersion blender will do the job. The tofu mayonnaise and silken tofu can be found in health food stores or most big supermarkets in the natural food aisle.

Mori-Nu Silken Tofu

Vegetarians will recognize the silken style tofu in Mori-Nu's dinstictive aseptic packaging. Not only are the 10 ounce packages easy to store, but USA made Mori-Nu Tofu doesn't have to be refrigerated until opened. The silken tofu should be used within a few days of opening.

"Mori-Nu's original product line consisted of silken style tofu in soft, firm, and extra-firm varieties. The creamy-smooth texture and mild flavor of original Mori-Nu Silken Tofu make it ideal for everything from shakes and cream pies to sauces, soups, dips, and main dishes," claims Mori-Nu.

Nasoya Nayonaise or Hellman's Mayonnaise?

Vegans will appreciate the tofu mayo choices offered in the health food stores today. Regular egg and dairy mayonnaise can now be substituted with an all natural product that's dairy and egg-free. Nasoya Nayonaise is easy to use in creamy homemade salad dressings, or anything else requiring traditional egg based mayonnaise. Nasoya Nayonaise is gluten-free, lactose free, contains no casein, has no trans fat and is a Kosher product.

According to Nasoya, "Nasoya Nayonaise is a cholesterol free, non-dairy vegi-dressing and spread. It is made with organic soybeans and without eggs. It's all-natural and contains no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. Regular Nayonaise has 70% fewer calories than mayonnaise."
