This 7 layer Mexican dip includes guacamole, refried beans, tomatoes and cheese. A yummy
treat for any party!
Seven Layer Mexican Dip
In a food processor, pulse beans and chilies together. (Or you can skip this step if you have some homemade black bean dip on hand.) Spread into a 10-inch pie plate. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spread over bean mixture. Layer the guacamole on next, followed by remaining ingredients in order. Serve with baked tortilla chips. Serves 20. Per serving: 108 calories, 5 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 12 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 5 g protein, 8% Vitamin A, 27% Vitamin C, 7% calcium, 6% iron
