Oatmeal Chocolate Chip CookiesAn oatmeal cookie recipe with rich, Ghirardelli chocolate chips.
Think all oatmeal cookies are healthy for you just because they have oatmeal? Think again. Most oatmeal cookie recipes are loaded with fat and sugar. But not this one.
Like my oatmeal raisin cookies, these oatmeal cookies are full of healthy whole grains, antioxidant-rich Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips, and they have less sugar than most cookies. As with my other cookie recipes, you can preserve the freshness of these oatmeal chocolate chip cookies by storing them with a slice of white bread in an airtight container.
