Pineapple Coconut Smoothies

Whether you're looking for fruit smoothie recipes, healthy smoothie recipes or just delicious smoothie recipes, this pineapple coconut smoothie is sure to please.

Blueberries are the surprise ingredient in this smoothie recipe. In fact, you may notice I use blueberries a lot in my smoothie recipes.

There are several reasons for this. One, blueberries are a superfood, meaning they're full of anitoxidants, low in calories, high in fiber and loaded with vitamin C. Two, it's easy to find frozen blueberries. And three, blueberries are small enough to be easily pureed in a typical blender.

Pineapple Coconut Smoothies

Combine all ingredients in a Vita Mix blender and blend until all fruit is smooth.

Serves 3.

Per serving: 166 calories, 2 g fat, 2 mg cholesterol, 37 mg sodium, 35 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 5 g protein, 7% Vitamin A, 69% Vitamin C, 9% calcium, 5% iron
