Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Halve Brussels sprouts lengthwise. Cook bacon in a skillet. Drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside. Toss Brussels sprouts with bacon drippings and maple syrup. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss with bacon. Roast another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
