Like my whole wheat bread recipe, this recipe uses white whole wheat flour to produce a more tender loaf. It's one of the simplest bread machine recipes I have, taking just ten minutes to put together.
Serve this bread with a big bowl of chicken noodle soup
Put ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Program for white bread cycle, light setting.
Makes 16 slices.
Per slice: 135 calories, 4 g fat, 47 mg cholesterol, 20 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 4 g protein
