Sweet potatoes are julienned and tossed with olive oil and sea salt in this super easy baked sweet potato fries recipe.

Sweet potato french fries are so much healthier than regular french fries. They're loaded with Vitamin A and fiber. And even when they're tossed with olive oil, these sweet potato fries have far less fat and calories than their white potato counterparts.

Sweet Potato Fries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and julienne sweet potatoes. Place in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil, salt and orange zest over sweet potatoes. Toss with your hands to make sure they're fully coated. Place sweet potatoes on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes, turning halfway through.

Serves 6.
