Tortilla Chip Recipe

A healthy corn tortilla chip recipe for snacking anytime.

These homemade tortilla chips are baked, not fried, which makes them a fresh and healthy alternative to store-bought chips.

Serve these baked tortilla chips with homemade guacamole, Mexican dip, or avocado salsa at your next party and watch them disappear!

Tortilla Chip Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Spread out in a single layer on cookie sheets. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Bake 12-15 minutes, rotating the cookie sheets halfway through. Chips will be lightly brown when done.

Serves 6.
