Naturally sweet, this is one of my favorite smoothie recipes because it's quick and easy, and the kids love it. Tropical Smoothies
Put sliced banana in a ziploc bag and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Put ingredients in a regular or VitaMix blender or food processor in order shown and blend until well combined. Serves 2. Per serving: 231 calories, 5 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 99 mg sodium, 43 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 6 g protein, 4% Vitamin A, 92% Vitamin C, 5% calcium, 7% iron. See also:
