Why Buy It When You Can Make It Yourself?But why buy gourmet peanut butter when you can make your own? This simple homemade peanut butter recipe takes only minutes to prepare, and once you make it, your kids will never ask for a regular peanut butter sandwich again. Serve this white chocolate peanut butter on brioche or any good-quality soft bread with sliced bananas, a thin layer of apricot jelly or fresh blueberries. Place the peanuts and white chocolate chips in the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until the mixture starts to get sticky, about five minutes.
