My broccoli cheese soup is velvety smooth and delightfully cheesy, but it has far less fat and calories than the typical broccoli cheese soup.
Or take my baked potato soup. It's rich and creamy, yet far less fattening than the average potato soup. Add some Italian bread and a salad, and you've got a terrific meal.

Remember, you don't have to sacrifice anything to eat well. Just stick to natural foods made with good, wholesome, fresh ingredients and you're halfway there.
