There is no reason to wait to make your turkey gravy on Thanksgiving. With this recipe, you can make it today and have one less recipe to make on Thanksgiving.


My secret to a stress-free Thanksgiving? Doing as much preparation in advance as possible. That means preparing as many recipes as I can the week or two before.

I start with my make-ahead gravy. It can be prepared in advance and frozen for up to three months! Then all you have to do is defrost it a day before in the fridge, then warm it and thicken it on Thanksgiving Day.
