Hi, Stephanie.
Thanks for the great recipe. I'm going to try it for Thanksgiving. Question. Do you think it would work to assemble the potatoes to the point of putting them in the oven, but hold them in the fridge overnight instead and bake next day?

I haven't tried it myself,but it should work. I have baked it in advance and heated it up the day of Thanksgiving, and that works fine too. When I do that, I just bake it without the cheese, then add the cheese to finish it off the next day.
